PROGRAM DIRECTORS
Andrea Cabana
Program Director
Andrea has been in the local basketball community for over a decade, coaching both girls and boys at the varsity level - winning 8 conference and 8 district titles, 4 regional titles, 2 Final Four appearances, a MHSAA State Championship and 11 Coach of the Year awards from various outlets. She served as BCAM President from 2022–2025 and has been asked to serve on the MHSAA's Basketball Rules Committee the past three years. She currently heads the Chelsea boys' varsity program.
She began Michigan Premier in 2016 to serve the young ladies in our community who dreamed of playing basketball at the collegiate level. Her background is in team building and leadership, and she's passionate about the power of positivity and empowering females through the love and dynamics of the game.
Kristopher Wallace
Associate Director
Kristopher brings over a decade of coaching and leadership experience to his role as Associate Program Director. He's spent the last 10 years coaching and directing travel basketball, and currently serves as Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at Jackson College — helping guide the program to a national tournament appearance, a regional championship, and three consecutive conference titles. He's a dedicated, organized leader who thrives on building opportunities for athletes both on and off the court.
Tercel Taylor
Youth Director
Tercel Taylor has coached for Michigan Premier for 5 years and is the current head varsity coach at Northwest High School. He is passionate about player development, teaching fundamentals and building athletes who are strong in the basics and confident in their game. He is committed to developing young ladies into strong, confident individuals and helping them grow personally and as a player. He loves being in the gym and he strives to instill a "next play' mentality in everything our athletes do.
Nick Marshall
Director of Player Development
Nick brings elite professional and collegiate experience directly to our program. He currently serves as the assistant and shooting coach for Jackson College Women's Basketball. He played 4 years of college basketball followed by 4 professional seasons overseas in Germany.
Since 2018, he has specialized in player development as a skills trainer with JusWerk Training and as an AAU head coach. His impressive coaching resume includes leading high school teams in Germany, serving as an assistant at Wyandotte High School, and head coaching at the MI Prospects and Top 1 programs. He is excited to help build a program centered on discipline, teamwork, elite skill development and competing at the highest level.
