Michigan Premier's high school program is recognized as one of the most successful in the Midwest. Through hands-on fundamental training, competitive game experience, and team unity, we develop more than skilled players — we build character, leadership, work ethic, and self-confidence that carries beyond the court.

This is an elite college exposure program, built for girls determined to play collegiately as well as those who simply want to become the best high school player they can be. Most of our athletes play multiple sports, but all are committed to their basketball development.

Season & Tournament Schedule

New for the 2026 season: Player development is our #1 priority. Skill development only happens through consistent hours in the gym. To support and simplify this process, the entire Michigan Premier program will run year-round (September 2026-August 2027).

The tournament season begins immediatly after the MHSAA high school season ends. Tournaments run April, May and July, with a scheduled break in June so athletes can play BCAM Reaching Higher with their varsity teams. Every team plays a full reccruiting schedule: 4 NCAA-certified events plus4-5 additional elite-level tournaments.

The off-tournament months (Sept-Feb and Aug, will now include 2 Sunday Skill Trainings per month (total of 15). These training days are included in the season's monthly fee and will only include Premier athletes. Training will consist of individual skill development through competitive drill work and be conducted by our club's professional trainers.

Practice

Practices begin the week after MHSAA Regional Finals and run twice a week in the Jackson area, typically or off tournament weekends after 7pm, so athletes can stay flexible with spring sport schedules. Attendance is expected at all practices when available.

Uniforms

Uniforms are a one-time purchase and stay the same each year (9th–11th grade) — wear it for multiple seasons or until you grow out of it. Available for purchase after tryouts.

Recruiting support

100% of our graduating players have had the opportunity to play collegiately. Three program directors — Andrea Cabana, Kris Wallace, and Codi Cole — manage hundreds of college coach relationships on players' behalf. Bios on the Contact/Board page.
